Main Lido Ponty season resumes August 14

Lido Pontypridd - Swim - Children - Summer - June 22 - GDPR Approved-53
Lido Lovers will be pleased to know the main summer season for Lido Ponty resumes on Wednesday, August 14.

Tickets go on sale for the second half of the summer season (up to the end of the school summer holidays) from 9am on Monday, July 22. Don’t forget, tickets for all sessions up to July 30 are on sale now.

As well as all sessions up to July 30 – and the August 2-10 sessions for Eisteddfod ticket-holders – the summer fun continues from mid-August.

Because it’s the summer holidays, that means you can get back to two early morning swims every day of the week, followed by six family fun sessions where all three pools are open and the inflatable obstacle course is out!

See the timetable here:

Of course, you don’t have to get into the pools to enjoy Lido Ponty. You can relax on the sun loungers on the terrace while the kids and the rest of the family splash around – simply select a spectator ticket when booking others in for a swim.

Caffi Lido will be open, so you can grab a hot or cold drink and relax in the sunshine.

While the early morning swims are more formal and concentrate on lane swimming, they are open to everyone.

Similarly, if you just want to swim during the family sessions you can do so as there is space for lane swimming.

Tickets for Lido Ponty are £3 for adults and free for under-16s. If you want to go on the inflatable obstacle course/water zorb/pedal boats, it’s £2.50 per person, regardless of age. You can purchase the activity bands when booking, or at reception on arrival. Please be aware a 25p booking charge per person is also charged.

Tickets can be booked online at www.lidoponty.co.uk

Please note, there is a maximum number of people per booking of six. If you try to book more than six people in one booking, all sessions will show as sold out.
