Have you put your waste out on the correct day?
Check your bin day to ensure that you are placing your household waste and recycling at the kerbside on the correct day.
Black bags and wheelie bins
If the bin/black bags were not at the collection point by 7am or you put out too many black bags the collection was not missed and we are unable to return until the next scheduled collection.
If after 24 hours your household waste has still not been collected, you can report your issue.
Please note: If you have used a CLEAR recycling bag in your food waste recycling/caddy this WON’T be collected as it will contaminate other recycling.
This is NOT a missed collection.
Please remove the CLEAR bag and place back out for collection on your next collection day.
Recycling
If the recycling bags were not at the collection point by 7am or the recycling bag is contaminated / items not recycled at kerbside the collection was not missed.
If contaminated, please take the waste in and sort into the appropriate recycling bags. We are unable to return to collect your re-sorted bags until the next scheduled collection.
If after 24 hours your recycling has still not been collected, you can report your issue.
