Learning and Development

We believe it is important for every employee to achieve their full potential. We encourage and support you to undergo continuous learning and development whilst working for us. We offer a generous workplace pension scheme for staff with teacher’s pensions available for relevant roles.

Holidays

Holiday entitlement for a standard employment contract starts at 26 days (pro rata) in addition to 8 public holidays, increasing to 31 days (pro rata) on completion of 5 years continuous service.

Our employees also have the option to purchase additional annual leave up to a maximum of 10 days (pro rata) per year.

Salary Finance
