Apply for a Disabled Person's Concessionary Travel Card

Concessionary Travel cards are issued by Transport for Wales.  Applying online via their website is the quickest and easiest way for you to receive your travel card. 

You will be required to upload proof of your disability, one proof of date of birth, two proofs of address, a passport approved colour photograph and provide your National Insurance Number.  A complete list of acceptable documents can be found on Transport for Wales website.  You will be unable to complete your application if this information is not provided, to apply online visit Transport for Wales Portal and follow the simple instructions.

If you’re unable to apply online, you can ask a friend, family member or someone you trust to apply on your behalf.  However, if this assistance is unavailable you can book an appointment to attend a One4all centre either online at www.rctcbc.gov.uk/bookit or by telephone on 01443 425005, where assistance will be available to complete your application.  Please ensure you take the correct evidence with you, otherwise we will not be able to process your application.

How long does it take to receive my new travel card?

Transport for Wales aim to post your travel card to your home address within 10 working days.
