Rhondda, Cynon Taf Council recognises how important public toilet facilities are.
Disabled Facilities
Wherever possible, disabled facilities and baby changing facilities are provided.
Radar keys are available for toilets with disabled facilities. The key is available to any disabled person who is in receipt of the higher level of Disability Allowance (Mobility Component) or has a disabled parking blue badge. Rhondda Cynon Taf currently provides RADAR keys free of charge at its One 4 All Centres. Please provide proof of eligibility to receive a RADAR key.

The Public Toilets are open Monday through Saturday from 09:00 to 17:00, they are closed on Sundays. Disabled toilets are open 24/7 to anyone with a Radar Key.
