Employment, Skills and Training

We have a number of grant funded employment support programmes running across Rhondda Cynon Taf, offering support and advice to all residents over 16, who are looking to get into employment, training or volunteering.  You can also receive support to up-skill when you are in work.

Grant Funded Programmes:

Our employment support services are delivered through the Welsh Government Grant Funded Communities for Work+ Programme and the UK Government Shared Prosperity Fund, People and Skills Programme. 

Communities for Work Plus (CfW+) offers support to all residents in RCT who are looking to get into employment, training or volunteering.

People and Skills Programme supports residents to gain skills to progress in life and into work, or within your current employment.
