In RCT, we have several residential care provisions for children/young people who are looked after/care experienced.
What is a Residential Childcare Practitioner (RCCP)?
A RCCP will work with your child to help them meet their goals and support them on a daily basis. We use play to communicate a lot and aim for all our RCCPs to be trained in understanding and helping children recover from any trauma they might have experienced in their lives. We also get support via psychologists in the service to ensure we are giving your child the right response to their needs.
RCCPs offer care and support every day to your child and to help them meet their goals.
