From a Child Protection Plan to a Care and Support Plan

Sometimes your child/children (or children you care for) have been subject to a Child Protection Plan but are no longer thought to be at risk of significant harm.

Your Social Worker may suggest your child and family would still benefit from support and suggest a Care and Support Plan. It may be useful to help with some of the things your child still needs and are yet to be resolved. You do not have to accept support via a Care and Support Plan and can choose instead to end your involvement with us.
