An independent plan update (IPU) will be carried out after the first 6 weeks after your involvement with the ILS begins, to see how things are progressing.
This gives you and us a chance to reflect on any progress made, address any issues that may have occurred and work together to look at if anything ca be changed to support you in moving forward and progressing to meet your agreed outcomes.
This is process is two way and will involve ILS staff and yourself. Your opinions and thoughts and all detailed ont he form to ensure the service delivery is tailored to best suit your individual needs.
Following the first IPU, further IPU's will be carried out every 12 weeks, to again help reflect and where we are and if there is anything we need to tweak to support you in the best way possible to meet you desired outcomes.
