Community Resilience Hubs support Neighbourhood Networks by providing a point of coordination for residents and community support needs. In these venues people can receive information, advice and guidance. The Council also works with key partners to provide direct support to residents, from the Community Resilience Hubs.
The Council recognises 7 Community Resilience Hubs, however, as a Community Development Team, we recognise that there are many community assests that provide support for residents and its community.
