The Cwm Taf Morgannwg Regional Partnership Board is one of seven RPBs in Wales established as part of the Social Services and Well Being (Wales) Act.
The Cwm Taf Morgannwg Regional Partnership Board (RPB) brings together Health, Social Services, Housing, Third Sector and other partners across Rhondda Cynon Taf, Merthyr Tydfil and Bridgend areas.
The aim of the RPB is to make a difference to people’s lives by involving them, listening and taking action together to transform the way services are delivered. This includes the effective delivery of integrated services in Wales via through the Integrated Care Fund.
This Welsh Government fund is intended to help Regional Partnerships Boards develop and test new approaches and service delivery models that will support the underpinning principles of integration and prevention.
