Licensed Hackney Carriage vehicles are the only vehicles that can use a taxi rank. These vehicles have a roof sign and must display a yellow plate on the rear of the vehicle, a smaller internal plate, and oval yellow door stickers on both front doors.
Hackney Carriage drivers must be licensed by the Council and wear an ID badge issued by the Council, which includes his/her photograph.
Taxi Marshals are present outside Tesco Express, Taff Street, Pontypridd on Friday and Saturday's from 10pm onwards.
