Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council has issued a Statement of Licensing Policy under the Licensing Act 2003.
The statement covers the retail sale of alcohol, the supply of alcohol by or on behalf of a club, the provision of regulated entertainment and the provision of late night refreshment.
The Council is currently reviewing it’s Statement of Licensing Policy in line with statutory legislation. Minimal changes have been made to the current document which remains fit for purpose. A
draft report is provided, and consultation will take place between 10
th June 2024 to 21
