Our In Work Support (IWS) service is available to people already employed who are looking to upskill, to improve career prospects or sustain employment.
IWS can assist you with the following:
- 1:1 Mentoring support which is tailored to your needs.
- Build skills and confidence.
- Increase personal and transferrable skills.
- Engage with education and training.
- Gain qualifications and licences.
- Sustain employment.
- Enhance opportunities for career progression.
Support can be offered if you are:
- Underemployed.
- Workers whose skills do not match with their current job or industry requirements.
- Workers at risk of redundancy.
- Those experiencing In-Work poverty.
