Shop 'til you drop! A day in Llantrisant - the town on a hill

When someone mentions "shopping" in RCT, my thoughts turn to the huge Talbot Green retail parks which have a huge range of high street brand names and restaurant chains.

Look beyond (or in this case above) the recognised names to explore the surprising, enchanting range of independent shops and eateries in the hilltop town of Llantrisant.

Combined with an exploration of the town's fascinating history, a visit to the Castle ruins and a wander over the Common, Llantrisant is certainly a lovely way to while away the day.

Best for shopping:

Pink Zebra - This lovely boutique is packed with all things beautiful - for you, your home, your wardrobe or your loved ones.
