This tour started at the end point of Tour 1 - Abercynon and continues up the Cynon Valley to visit points around Aberdare. There is an optional heritage walks around the town of Aberdare and/or a visit to Cynon Valley Museum and Gallery, then the tour continues via other points of interest and terminates at Hirwaun, near the border of the Brecon Beacons National Park.
