Relax and unwind in Rhondda Sports Centre's health suite, which is the only one in the county borough with an ice room, which produces ice granules which you can use to relax, unwind or soothe injuries, aches and pain.
The ice room is particularly popular with sports clubs, including rugby teams and football teams who take advantage of its properties for recovery after exercise and matches.
The health suite also boasts a sauna, steam room and lounge area.
Entry to the health suite also includes a free swim (depending on availability), so please keep your receipt to show poolside staff.
