Access to the centre and its facilities
- Ramp access to the front.
- Lift access to all levels.
- Hoist and steps for access to the pool.
First Aid and Health and Safety
- First aid trained staff member on site at all times.
- Parents responsible for their children at all times - pool ratio must be followed.
- All personal belongings are left in lockers or elsewhere in the leisure centre at your own risk.
Changing facilities
- Changing rooms for class, court and gym users with changing cubicles and showers.
- Separate changing village for swimming pool customers which is all cubicles, with larger cubicles for families and showers.
- Baby changing facilities.
- Larger rooms for disabled use. Oxford Midi Hoist also available on request but please bring own sling.and carer must operate hoist.
- Hairdryers.
- Lockers for use.
Main Pool admission policy
Children under eight years of age must be accompanied as follows:
- One adult to One child under 5 years.
- One adult to two children aged between 5 and 8 years.
- Children aged 8 and over can enter pool unaccompanied.
Parents/guardians reminded children aged 8 and over must use changing rooms designated for their gender.
PLEASE NOTE THE LAST ADMISSION TO THE SWIMMING POOL WILL BE 45 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE ADVERTISED FINISH TIME FOR THAT SESSION.
Small Pool Admissions Policy
Children under 16 using the small pool MUST be accompanied by an adult at ALL times.
- Children under eight years of age must be accompanied as follows:
- One adult to three children aged between five and eight years.
- One adult to two children aged under five.
