Liane Burden - Administration Officer

Worked at Tesco for 16 years after leaving school, worked by way up the ladder from checkout operator, recruitment assistant opening a new store, wages clerk, compliance manager and my last role was Personnel Manager which ended March 2018 when I decided to take redundancy.

Joined the council in April 2019 after wanting a better work life balance and to be able to leave at the end of the day and not take my work home with me.

My previous role was Administration Officer for an Active Inclusion Project – IGNITE/Platform 1, applied for this role as it was more suited to my previous field of work.
