Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council is keen to work with community groups and not for profit organisations who would be interested in registering as Winter Welcome Centres. Before registering please consider that Winter Welcome Centres should be in a position to offer publicly accessible spaces providing activities, drinks, food and winter warm packs within a community venue.
Please Note - Applications for the financial support available to Winter Welcome Centres has now paused and no further applications can be considered. You are welcome to register your community space as a Winter Welcome Centre, to be shared via
our web page.
So that the local provision and support available is fully understood and so the Council can contact your organisation directly with any financial support offers please could you complete the initial registration form below.
Following registration there will be an opportunity to apply to the Winter Hardship Fund which focusses on increasing Winter Welcome Centre opening times, activities and the provision of food, drinks and winter warm packs.
The information you provide will be publicly available on the Council website, so please provide as much information as possible to let residents know more about what facilities, activities and support they can expect when they visit your Winter Welcome Centre.
