Bryn Celynnog Comprehensive School

The completed investment for the Beddau school has delivered improved sixth form and sports facilities, along with wider 21st Century spaces for art, maths and ICT.

The school is also benefitting from a new gym, fitness suite and dance studio, while externally there is a new and improved bus pick-up/drop-off area, and a new grass rugby field.

These facilities represented Phase One of the project, and were handed over from the development contractor in November 2023, and brought into use for staff and pupils.

Phase Two followed on, demolishing an older teaching block and creating additional on-site staff parking. This was completed by May 2024 – which completed the overall investment, with all work delivered except for minor finishing works.
