Description

Stress is a natural reaction when we feel under pressure or threatened. Stress can occur as a result of many factors including interpersonal relationships, work, financial or home pressures.Stress will feel different for every person but can affect both our physical and mental health, and could lead to issues such as insomnia, low mood, and aches and pains. This is why we will be running our Let’s talk about stress virtual workshop.

This session will aim to raise awareness about stress and resilience and delve deeper into what these terms mean and the theory surrounding them. We will then look at how to build resilience and manage stress, and provide opportunities for participants to ask any questions they may have.
