Bereavement is something that most individuals will experience at some point, but it can be one of the most challenging experiences to go through.
It can sometimes be difficult to know how best to support a staff member through these challenging times whilst they are in work or on bereavement leave.
To help with this, we have partnered with CASE UK, who will be running a let’s talk about grief workshop. This workshop is aimed at managers and HR colleagues and will look at understanding the grief process, how to support someone experiencing a bereavement and when it is appropriate to refer a staff member for additional support.
