Park run takes place in Ynysangharad Park every Saturday morning at 9am. It's a 5 k run - you against the clock!

Junior Park Run takes place in Ynysangharad Park every Sunday morning at 9am. Its a 2K run with the aim to have fun. Please come along and join in whatever your pace!
