National Cycle Network

The Sustrans National Cycle Network is a UK-wide network of paths and routes for walking and cycling. 
Six routes connect communities across Rhondda Cynon Taf providing exercise and commuting opportunities. 

Below is a simplied map illustrating the routes that pass through RCT and some of the communities that it connects. Also illustrated on the map are the train stations that are on route - which can support you when commuting to work, allowing you to cycle or walk part of your journey.
