If your library card has been lost or stolen you can report this to us at any
local library.
When reporting this you will be asked to confirm your name and address and present one form of ID (showing your name and address).
If you do not wish to have a new card issued immediately whilst you look for your lost card, we will place a message on your record just in case someone tries to use the card.
A new card can be issued at a charge of £1.37. The old card will then be obsolete.
