Unpaid carers payment registration

Registration for the scheme has re-opened for a 3 week period to allow any late claims, the scheme will formally close  at 5pm 2nd September 2022
If you have already registered for this scheme and received an outcome from your claim (ie. a payment or confirmation of your ineligibility) then please do not re-register. This online registration form is for NEW REGISTRATIONS ONLY.

If you have not registered for this scheme previously and believe you meet the conditions for a payment, then registering online will be the quickest and easiest way of ensuring you receive your payment promptly.

To complete your registration you will need the following information:

  • Date of birth
  • National Insurance Number
  • Address (including post code)
  • Contact telephone number
  • Contact email address
  • Name on Bank Account
  • Bank Sort Code
  • Bank Account number

All registration forms must be received before 5pm on 2nd September 2022. Payments for successful claims will be made from August through to the end of October 2022.

If you require assistance from the Council to complete your registration, please contact us by telephoning 01443 680686. When contacting us please have to hand all of your personal details listed above which are required to register. Please be aware that this helpline will be exceptionally busy during this period and you may have to wait for an advisor to help you or call back at another time.

If you would prefer to make your application in person please book an appointment at your local One4All Centre.
