There are a range of services for those wanting support with drugs and alcohol. Here are some services that offer advice, support, and information.

DASPA - Drug and Alcohol Single Point of Access (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm)

DASPA is the point of contact for people looking for support or advice relating to drug and alcohol misuse across Cwm Taf Morgannwg. It is a service supported by the voluntary, social and health sectors.

DAN 24/7 

Dan 24/7 is the Wales Drug and Alcohol Helpline. They can be contacted at any time day or night and will give you help and advice.

Their service is confidential – you do not have to give your real name if you do not want to.

Barod 

Barod offer free, confidential, non-judgemental advice and support. They specialise in substance use support for both adults and young people.
