An assessment will be carried out by a Children’s Social Worker or an Assessor Care Manager.
We will gather information about what your child needs, starting with what matters most to your child. We will (with your permission) talk to a range of people involved in your child’s life to gain their views to consider how best we can support you all. If your child is assessed as having eligible (suitable) needs, we will work with you to develop a Care and Support Plan.
